Accommodation
There are a number of hotels within walking distance from the Alice Springs Convention Centre. Click here for more information.
Administrative Support Services
An Administration Assistant is available from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday to assist you with general secretarial services. (charges apply)
ATMs
ATM Machines are located in Lasseters Casino, adjoining the Convention Centre.
Booth Equipment Hire
Tables, cloths, chairs and other equipment must be ordered prior to the event. Please see the Equipment Hire Order Form.
Bump In
No exhibitor will be allowed entry to exhibition room until all booths have been built and inspected.
Bump Out
Exhibitors must pack all equipment and remove before booths can be dismantled.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee may be charged if additional cleaning is required by Alice Springs Convention Centre staff.

Deliveries
Exhibitors should aim for exhibition materials to arrive at the Convention Centre 48 hours prior to the exhibition commencement. No deliveries will be accepted before this time. Please be aware that freight may be in transit for up to 10 days.
Courier collection must be prearranged BEFORE commencement of the event to ensure smooth and timely transit of goods at its conclusion. Materials can be stored at the conclusion of the event for a maximum period of 48 hours.
Food & Beverage
The ASPCC has sole catering rights to all food and beverage products consumed and distributed within the venue and does not allow exhibitors to bring any item of food or beverage into the venue without prior written approval from management.
Exceptions may only be granted in relation to events involving food and/or beverage sampling.
Fork Lift
A forklift is available, to licensed operators, for a limited time during bump in and bump out, (subject to availability and charges apply).
In-House Audiovisual
The Alice Springs Convention Centre possesses the very latest audiovisual equipment. Our In-House Audiovisual partner, Staging Connections can provide a quotation to suit your individual needs. See the contact list for details.
Loading Dock Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 0830 - 1630
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Motor Vehicle Displays
Vehicles can be displayed at the Alice Springs Convention Centre. Please see Exhibitor Manual for conditions.
Parking
There is plenty of car parking within the Alice Springs Convention Centre grounds. There is no charge.
Plumbing
The Alice Springs Convention Centre can arrange water supply for the operation of machinery in the exhibition area. Charges may apply.
Power
A standard 240 volt power connection is supplied. Any other power needs must be ordered through Staging Connections.
Rigging, Lighting & Trusses
Must be ordered through Staging Connections prior to the event.
Scissor Lift
A Scissor Lift is available for hire to licensed operators, (subject to availability and charges apply).
Smoking Policy
The Alice Springs Convention Centre is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is permitted at designated areas outside the venue.
Telecommunication and Internet Line Services
Modem/Telephone Lines – Through PABX
Alice Springs Convention Centre has provision for telephone connection at various points throughout the centre.
Network Cabling
Alice Springs Convention Centre possesses a high speed network cabling system throughout the entire venue.
